Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout inspired by ballet, designed to sculpt long, lean muscles through small, controlled movements.
Unlimited access to our full library of on-demand classes
All you need is a mat and a chair — with a few optional props to elevate your practice:
a Pilates mini ball, a foam block, light ankle weights, dumbbells, and a resistance band.
No sliders? A towel works just as well.
All classes are designed to improve posture and build long, lean muscles — targeting the legs, core, arms, back, shoulders, and even the ankles.
A typical class includes a 10-minute warm-up, 25–30 minutes of intense barre work, followed by core training and a 10-minute relaxing stretch.
